Refund and Return Policy

RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIRES UNBOXING VIDEO (MANDATORY)

To claim a return or refund, customers must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.
Without valid unboxing video proof, no return, refund, or replacement request will be accepted.

At Maguva’s One Stop, we ensure quality in every product. However, if you face any issue with your order, please read our return and refund policy below.


1️⃣ Eligibility for Return / Replacement

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
• Wrong product received
• Damaged product received
• Manufacturing defect

Request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.
📹 Unboxing video is mandatory for all return or replacement claims.


2️⃣ Conditions for Approval

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
• Claims without proper proof may not be accepted


3️⃣ Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Color variations due to screen or lighting differences
• Used, washed, altered, or damaged-after-delivery products
• Change of mind or personal preference
• Sarees or blouses that are cut, stitched, or altered
• Custom or pre-order items (if applicable)


4️⃣ Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only if replacement is not possible or product is unavailable
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


5️⃣ Replacement Policy

• Replacement will be shipped after verification of returned product
• Replacement delivery timelines may vary based on stock availability


6️⃣ Courier Return Cases

• If an order is returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, shipping charges are non-refundable
• Re-shipping charges may apply


7️⃣ Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
• Cancellation requests before dispatch may be considered at our discretion


8️⃣ Important Notes

• Claims without unboxing video proof will not be accepted
• Minor weaving irregularities in handcrafted products are natural and not defects
